    • Vidyut Jammwal’s Action-Packed Drama Raises the Bar with Authenticity and Stunt Expertise

Vidyut Jammwal’s upcoming action sports drama “Crakk” is generating buzz for its authentic portrayal of extreme sports, thanks to the efforts of both the actor and producer. Director Aditya Datt sheds light on the process of recruiting eight international athletes who will engage in thrilling sports alongside Jammwal in the film.

“After scouring over 200 athletes worldwide, we hand-picked what I call ‘The super eight’,” reveals Datt. These athletes, alongside 24 others, bring a dynamic range of skills to the film, with expertise spanning various sports disciplines.

The lineup of athletes includes South Africa’s Alfonso Orosco, renowned for his mastery in slacklining, American freerunner Kacper Lipski, China’s martial arts expert Liana Hu, and Russia’s Parkour artist Katarzyna, among others. Together, they form a formidable team that complements Jammwal’s prowess on screen.

In “Crakk,” audiences will witness a series of adrenaline-pumping sports sequences, including rock climbing, downhill mountain biking, obstacle races, and freestyle skiing. Director Datt emphasizes the importance of safety, ensuring that the cast underwent rigorous training before filming commenced.

“Vidyut and the eight athletes spent over 30 days in Poland prior to filming, honing their skills and perfecting the stunts,” explains Datt. This dedicated preparation fostered trust among the cast and facilitated the sharing of skills, enhancing the authenticity of the action sequences.

Alongside Jammwal, the film features Arjun Rampal, Nora Fatehi, and Amy Jackson in pivotal roles, promising an action-packed entertainment experience.

“Crakk – Jeetegaa Toh Jiyegaa!” is produced by Vidyut Jammwal and Action Hero Films, with direction and screenplay by Aditya Datt. The movie is set to hit theaters on 23rd February 2024.
