    Mohammad Shadab Anwer wishes and Sincere greetings for health, happiness, and prosperity to all Muslim brothers on this glorious occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and ask the Almighty to grant all Muslims prosperity and achievement on this day. Ramadan offers us a chance to make significant lifestyle adjustments and strengthen our resolve to make healthy lifestyle decisions.

    He ask to respect to your Muslim colleagues by abstaining from eating, drinking, and smoking in front of them. Remember that many of your staff/ colleagues will be fasting during Ramadan and need your more attention and care specially when their life cycle is changed and are more susceptible to dehydration / other health effects. All non-fasting employees shall support Muslim colleagues by respecting divine celebration and respecting the customs & cultures of the holy month and more important to create a safe work culture to For their health, safety, and the success of this sacred occasion, All Muslim fasting friends are kindly asked to adhere to the guidelines at their workplace.

    • Do not plan long work shift for fasting people or plan more frequent rest breaks.
    • Schedule heavy, outdoor work in the early morning hours to avoid excessive heat. Rotate work for heavy duty works. Avoid height work by fasting people.
    • If you are working outside or direct under the sun ,Provide shade area / rest place and be alert to the condition of your employees and have them  take breaks if they appear to be tired or fatigued
    • Ensure condition of employees for their enough sleep, if they have not taken enough sleep they might feel impaired performance, irritability, lack of concentration, daytime drowsiness.
    • Plan for companion or co-workers; do not leave fasting people alone at remote places.
    • Ensure enough sleep before long driving. If you have not had enough sleep you might feel: impaired, performance, irritability, lack of concentration, daytime drowsiness and could be less alert and attentive, unable to concentrate effectively on the road.
