New Delhi: IKIGAI Goa by Prescon and Manasum Senior Living officially inaugurated Goa’s first luxury senior living project, setting a new benchmark in senior living.
Located in the serene Kadamba Plateau, this expansive 7.5-acre community with a total investment of approximately Rs 100 cr and sales realization is estimated to be Rs 150 crore. The project is being developed in 2 phases. Phase 1 is handed over and residents have started moving-in. Senior living Services will be operational from 1st of January also the construction of Phase 2 is in full swing and will be handed in the quarter of 2025.
