    • Driving Strategic Growth and Brand Evolution at a Pivotal Time

    Mumbai, September 18, 2024 – Neha Phale, formerly with Huhtamaki India Limited, has joined VVF India Limited as the new Head of Corporate Communications. In her role, Neha will spearhead efforts to drive transformation, refresh the brand, and implement strategic communication initiatives to align with the evolving industry landscape. She will play a vital role in enhancing VVF’s communication strategies and reinforcing the company’s presence in the market.

    Leading Strategic Communication at VVF India

    Delna Joshi, Chief Transformation Officer at VVF India Limited, welcomed Neha’s appointment, stating, “Neha brings a wealth of experience in strategic communications that will be instrumental as we drive transformation and brand evolution at VVF. Her expertise will be key in enhancing our communication strategies, refreshing our brand, and strengthening our presence in the global market.     Expressing her excitement about joining VVF, Neha Phale said, “I am thrilled to join VVF at such a transformative time. I look forward to driving the company’s communication strategies, refreshing the brand, and supporting its growth journey.”

    With over 15 years of experience in communications and public affairs, Neha brings extensive expertise to her new position. Prior to joining VVF, she served as Head of Internal Communications APAC at Huhtamaki, strengthening internal communications across the region. Before that, she held the role of Head of Public Affairs at Huhtamaki India, shaping external engagement strategies. Neha has also held senior communications roles at Welspun India Limited, Huntsman International, and Dow Chemical.
