It doesn’t matter what you were yesterday, but what matters is what you are today. Ashutosh Pratihast of Bihar made such a big change in his life. First of all, he became a responsible person from a careless person.

Along with this, he also traveled from working in a job of 6 thousand to building his own company worth 100 crores.

This story of becoming a successful businessman from a naughty child is very inspiring.

    Who is Ashutosh Pratihast?

Ashutosh was born in Hardiya village of Sitamarhi district of Bihar. His childhood was spent in a very good environment because his three uncles used to work in government jobs, that’s why all kinds of resources were present in the family. He was one of the most naughty children of the village since childhood, due to which his family was very troubled. Ashutosh’s mother was very upset with this behaviour of his, so she wanted to take Ashutosh out of the village.

Ashutosh’s father did not want to go out of the village, but when his mother’s condition started deteriorating due to depression, then in the year 2005, he left the village and came to live in Delhi. Even after coming to Delhi, Ashutosh’s mischief continued, he used to spoil the things of other people’s houses, for which his father had to pay the compensation. Then Ashutosh was sent to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Guwahati for studies.

Ashutosh was definitely naughty in childhood but he was learning to understand the important things of life. He asked his mother how he could earn more money? Then his mother said that the more you study, the more money you will be able to earn. After that, Ashutosh started studying with full hard work and started getting good marks in school. Along with this, he was also very interested in playing the guitar, so his mother also bought him a guitar. Ashutosh soon learned to play the guitar very well, which later proved very useful to him.

When his father lost his job, he ran the household expenses by giving tuitions.

When Ashutosh was in class 10, his father lost his job, due to which the condition of his house became very bad. Then Ashutosh used his guitar playing skill and started giving guitar tuition classes. He used to earn around 5 thousand rupees a month from this. He scored 92% marks in class 12, after which everyone asked him to prepare for UPSC. For this, he also took admission in college but he could not take this study seriously.

Financial crisis was still going on at home, then Ashutosh thought of doing a job. He was looking for a job through a consultancy firm for which he also spent 1500 rupees. Finally, he got a job of 6 thousand in a Vodafone call center. This job proved to be an important turning point in his life. On the seventh day of the job, Ashutosh’s call reached the owner of a startup company. The person liked Ashutosh’s voice on the phone and offered him a job. Ashutosh went there and talked and got a job of 14 thousand rupees.

    Books changed Ashutosh’s life.

Ashutosh saw that a person of just 25 years was earning crores from his startup. Then a question came to his mind that what was it that made his income so high? When Ashutosh asked the person the secret of his success, he told Ashutosh about some books. These books were about self-development and motivation, which included books by many people including Dr. Vivek Bindra. These books changed Ashutosh’s life.

After developing himself, Ashutosh started an organization named Evolution to teach things like public speaking and skill development. His idea was so successful that he started being invited to many colleges. After this, Ashutosh started his YouTube channel and initially he was not getting any views at all but he did not give up and kept uploading videos.

The time of lockdown was very good for Ashutosh. During this time people were at home, so many people watched his channel. During this time he wrote e-books related to his experience. This earned him about ten lakhs and he also got an identity. After which Ashutosh’s life kept changing. In all these years, Ashutosh understood that people here lack skills, they are not able to polish their skills.

Today Ashutosh has become the owner of a company worth more than 100 crores.

For the skill development of people, Ashutosh started an edtech platform named IDigitalPreneur. This company had crossed the mark of 7 crores in just 11 months and today the value of this company is more than 100 crores. Along with this, he also runs his YouTube channel where there are more than 1 million subscribers. Apart from this, he also keeps investing in many different businesses.

Ashutosh believes that to be successful in any work of life, you have to do three things. These three things are Consistency, Hard Work and Self Investment which can make you successful. This story of Ashutosh is very inspiring for today’s youth.
